My suggestion is simple. All gathering gear escape abilities should NOT place you in combat. What the hell is the purpose of having an escape ability if you're going to get stuck at the gate in combat to get killed by a group of gankers. Instead apply a combat silence that doesn't allow auto attacking but still usage of the abilities so you can continue to run on trying to escape. If you still want to have 80% of gathering gear to force you into combat if you try and use it. Then at least buff it so it's useful for defending yourself and you're not stuck standing around holding your dick to just wait and die. |

To craft a T4 item requires 5 minutes of waiting time.
T2 - 20s
T3 - 45s
T4 - 5min
T5 - 15min
T6 - 1h
T7 - 7h
T8 - 20h
This way production capacity and time actually matter.
It will make people log in more often, because they want to pick up their finished crafts and it will give a whole new dimension to the buildings in Albion. You might need to be able to queue 20hours worth of gear if you have premium, to make it reasonable for larger production batches.
With such a system each building would have a limit to its production slots, with higher tier buildings giving more slots. It would also impact how guilds manage their economies and re-shuffle supply & demand. If black-zones get production speed bonuses, maybe 50% - that would also be an interesting addition to make living in the BZ more rewarding.
You will probably have to allow 1 slot per characters that isn't part of any production lines per building to avoid newbie / city congestion. But to be fair, the cities & buildings system in AO is due for a proper rework anyway.
I've also been in favor of changing the laborer system in Albion in such a way that you can "improve" a base-item.
Lets say a bunch of pre- and suffixes exist (think PoE, but fewer to start). It could be things like +50hp, +3% atk speed, + 25 energy, +1% CD reduction etc. and each time you put an item into a laborer (combined with silver or some sort of resource) he will bring it back with a random roll ; with higher tier items having more slots for pre- / suffixes. We might have to add a chance to trash the item too, to balance it out.
This would diversify the item pool massively and give laborers a better purpose than just a simple alternate way of resource returns.

The daily reward you get for playing faction warefare is faction STANDING and not faction POINTS.
So it is correct, that your "current points" dont go up, cause these are 2 different currencys
After you claimed your daily faction standing reward you can switch to the bottom tab on the right
of the faction warefare panel and there you will see and increase of faction stading after you claimed your daily reward.
I hope I could help you out and have fun playing more faction warefare in the future.

So when a player maxes out everything inside the monthly challenge up until the point where the next chest is locked until a certain date ( 05.15.2021 in this case)
you still can earn challengepoints for the guild challenge, BUT these points are not shown as overhead message when doing activities nor do they appear in the log.
The points are still added to the guildchallenge however , but as it is written in the guildchallenge panel it may take a while until you see the points added there.
So just wait a few minutes and the points should appear in the guildchallenge.
We know the feedback for this scenario is not perfect and the points should be displayed as overhead message even after the monthly challenge is full.
For now this is how it works unfortunately.

Its a known bug since 2017. It will happen roughly once in 1000 times you pick up a book.
It's cost of business.
Unless you waited longer than 7 days to pick up your books - in that case - they just disappear and it is on purpose.

When I am using phone, why does the fps ping tool disappear?|
Hi @Escaannorr, welcome to the forums.
Each client (mobile, PC etc) has it's own saved settings.
To display your ping and fps on your mobile device, please type the following commands into the chat window:
You should find that once you have done that once, the setting will be saved on your phone, and the ping and fps will display each time you enter the game.
EDIT: I've just been informed that it's a bug and the ping and fps is not currently working on mobile: Call to Arms Patch 4 - Known Issues (Update: May 7th)

Funstealer Memorial Battle Royale Event
For those of you that never had the chance to meet Funstealer, he absolutely loved creating events for people to participate in and enjoy. He was very generous with his time and energy. Conflict is doing its best to recreate one of the most popular of them as a tribute to his memory. This event has been called a Battle Royale, a Last Man Standing, even a Hunger Games style event.
We hope that you enjoy participating in it as much as we have had creating it for you. We feel that Funstealer would approve of our efforts. Maybe. He would probably find something to complain about.
Thank you to everyone that is joining us for the event, and for helping us to make this a fitting tribute to the Funstealer that actually put so much FUN into the game for us..
This is a Last Man Standing, Winner take all event.

Due to AOTV’s schedule, we will not be able to wait for people to update their Staging/Test server before the event. It is highly suggested that you update as soon as possible after server maintenance.
Go to the appropriate “Stone” in any city of your choice and make sure that you Unlock all the trees on the Destiny Board.
Muster in the designated location. All characters must be naked and carrying no gear, equipment or potions or mounts.
At the announced time we will all go to the Realm Gate and teleport to the designated poral zone.From there you will directed where to go.
All players will wait for the countdown to begin.
Format for the Event.
When you get the instructions to “GO” players will head out into the zone and look for chests that will have gear, food potions, in them. Your goal is to open chests and equip gear and begin to fight.Gear is randomly distributed and there is only a VERY rare chance of finding something resembling a full set.
There will also be one chest with more powerful gear. But you will have to fight mobs to get to it.
You can only compete with gear that is in the zone. The use of any unauthorized gear will result in your disqualification.
When you die you are eliminated from the event and can no longer participate. As more players get eliminated the area that you can fight in will be reduced. You must proceed to the smaller area of the map as soon as possible or risk elimination.
The Prizes for the Winner are worth 50 million at the time of posting.
1) 3K Siphoned Energy
2) Unicorn Skin
3) Gold Beetle Battle Mount
4) Venom Basilisk
5) Snow Husky Mount.
The winner will be able to pick up his prizes on the Live Server following the Event.

We've increased its detection radius in patch 6 to reduce the possibility of any edge cases where the player might die in an inaccessible place that's far enough away from the chest to not trigger its despawn.

We cannot give a definite list of devices for the first question, but in general, the devices meet the minimum requirements of having at least 3GB of memory and the specs stated on our Download page. There is also an apk file available for download on the same page which you can use to test the mobile version of the game.

How it works in detail
ALL Season Points generated are now partially also shared with all alliance members. (this also includes Guild Challenge, etc.)
Whenever your guild scores Season Points, these points are then split between the guild directly and all guilds in the alliance:
Direct Guild Share: 50% of the season points always go directly to your guild
Alliance Share: The remaining 50% are shared across all guilds of the alliance evenly. (including your own guild)
All Siphoned Energy generated by Season Points is also shared in the same ratio
This means that the more guilds are in an alliance, the smaller becomes your own share.

Alliance Share: 200 * 50% / 2 = 50 Season Points (go to each guild in the alliance: Guild A gets 50 points and Guild B gets 50 points)
In total Guild A got 150 Season Points

Hi, been trying to get back online via my phone. (Sony Xperia XA1) the app, downloaded from website was working fine. I then got the message to update and download the new apk file. (for some reason Google play still has me on the pregregister list and still not available UK) OK.. Done.. Uninstalled the old copy, installed the new one.. Great all good so far. Open new app.. Download all files for game.. Going well.. Loading took a while.. Woot I'm in.. Enter login details.. Then get a message you are logging in from a new device.. (As expected) and email has been sent to your account with the verification code.. Now this is where the problem started.. I pressed the button to shrink down the screen to access my emails, got the access code, went to open up the shrunk down app to get the spinning golden orb and then the failure to connect message. Tried closing the app and restarting and just keep getting the same. Closed all apps, just incase it was a memory issue.. Same same.. Please advise.. Thanks MysticMCW|

The changes listed here are intended to improve the corrupted dungeon meta. These changes will probably be released in Call to Arms - Patch 6.|
This post gets regularly updated with the latest changes of our internal playtests.
All these changes are still in testing and may vastly differ in the final patch. Sometimes we just try out various things, which may get reverted. Also the balance changes are not neccessarily all complete. Just because a certain item is not adjusted in the changelogs so far, doesn't mean it isn't on our 'need to be adjusted'-list. These changes are simply a snapshot of the current development and everything in there needs to be taken with a grain of salt.
This thread is not meant to discuss these unfinished changes. It is just to give all players the same chance of guessing the direction of the next balance patch
Normalized all Out of Combat Regenration for all armors, so that resetting a fight for a short duration doesn't favor any armor type. Reduced the Wind Wall duration, to reduce it's possibility to reset fights in Corrupted Dungeons. It can still be used to create space, but with the shorter up-time the enemy has a better chance at chasing the target.
Wind Wall (Knight Armor)
Wind Wall Duration: 4s -> 2s
All Combat Armors now have the same Health Regeneration Bonus: 150%
Scholar Robe, Royal Robe, Druid Robe: 80% -> 150%
Cleric Robe, Fiend Robe: 70% -> 150%
Mage Robe, Cultist Robe, Robe of Purity: 60% -> 150%
Mercenary Jacket, Royal Jacket, Stalker Jacket: 150% -> 150%
Hunter Jacket, Hellion Jacket: 140% -> 150%
Assassin Jacket, Specter Jacket, Jacket of Tenacity: 130% -> 150%
Soldier Armor, Royal Armor, Graveguard Armor : 200% -> 150%
Knight Armor, Demon Armor: 210% -> 150%
Guardian Armor, Judicator Armor, Armor of Valor: 220% -> 150%
All Healing Cast inside Corrupted Dungeons will now be reduced by 10%. This change should give healer builds less sustain in a 1v1, if Healers decide to fight we would rather encourage them to go for a DPS Q, then a full outsustaining build in 1v1. Life Steal abilities are not affected by this. However this Healding Debuff does weaken zhe Mercenary Jacket / Specter Hood combo, because Bloodlust is a Heal and not a Life Steal.
Inside Corrupted Dungeons all Healing Cast is reduced by 10%
Currently DoTs do only put the caster in combat at the point, when the DoT is applied on an enemy, but doesn't refresh the combat timer on each tick for the aggressor. But since the enemy takes damage, the enemy's in combat passive timer is refreshed on each tick. This leads to the caster of the DoT getting out of combat before the player that got hit by the DoT. This will be changed so both players will stay for the same time in combat
Each tick of a DoT now puts the original caster into combat again (currently they only get into combat on the first application of the DoT)

the issue with Slit Throat will be fixed in the next patch.
The Cooldown Reduction does work though, you can check with a stopwatch.

Hoarfrost don't AoE when the first target dies.|
Basically, two or more monsters together, AoE works as long as the main target don't die. The hoarfrost that kills it doesn't AoE to the other monsters.
